About Me
I’m a personal coach and sports massage therapist with years of hands-on experience helping people transform their lives through movement, recovery, and mindset. Health and sport have always been my passion — from playing competitive volleyball to becoming a gym regular and CrossFit enthusiast. At the gym using the correct technique and train hard in safety manner is my key. Workout should help your body not just destroy it.
My mission is to guide men and women in their 20s, 30s, 40s, and beyond to move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. Whether you’re rebuilding after injury, correcting posture, or looking to become more active in everyday life, I offer tailored support that blends functional training, massage therapy, and balanced nutrition habits.

After years out of the gym, and a big goal set for August, I knew I needed some help to achieve what I want to. Wiktor has been really good for me these first few weeks. He understands my financial situation to only do 1 session a week, and tailors the routine to how I’m feeling on the day, which helped me get the most out of my limited time with him. The exercises are varied and really work me all over meaning I know I’ve had a good session the next day! He’s fun and upbeat attitude also helps me on me and what I’m doing, rather than worrying about what anyone else is thinking. I’m looking forward to the next few months, and sending him a picture from the top of Mount Fuji come August!
